Glad I went back to Holman I drove down from North Palm Beach when I bought the car in 2012 from Holman. My decision then was based on the way we were treaded on the phone. The car was coming up on 100K miles and I decided to go for a second visit back to Holman to have the car inspected and serviced. Turned out it needed a lot more than I was expecting. Jeree worked with me to discern the options and pricing. She also made me feel relaxed by personally showing me how to partake of the wifi, electrical outlets and drinks during my 6 hour visit. More
Mark Hartman gives professional excellent service-the best. I just received the best service from Holman because of Mark Hartman. He stays aware of all of his customers simultaneously and is multi-tasking so th I just received the best service from Holman because of Mark Hartman. I have had experiences in the past where the Holman representative seemed too busy and I had to ask about the status of my car. He seems to have just the right balance of customer service skills and Honda knowledge. More
not pleased at all im only rating because my email will not very unhappy with how my car is performing sorry I brought it in for tune up something is very wrong performs 100% worse then before tune up has ze very unhappy with how my car is performing sorry I brought it in for tune up something is very wrong performs 100% worse then before tune up has zero pick up very poor performance have to press gas pedal to the floor never had to do that before I hope that whatever was done to my car does not cause permanent damage my bill was $495 .dollars thats not peanuts I would expect better than this More

Battery purchase and Multi-point Inspection I went in to test my battery because I had to jumpstart my CRV twice. I was sent to Mr Greene specifically and even though I had no appointment he too I went in to test my battery because I had to jumpstart my CRV twice. I was sent to Mr Greene specifically and even though I had no appointment he took care of me and got my car in the garage immediately. I received a through video diagnosis from Rohan Doriah showing me a few issues visually along with the explanations.I have never received service similar to this. I even shared the video with a few friends. Thanks for the great service. More
