Quick and great service! I came to the location for a Throttle Body work repair and other services as well. I had the pleasure to have Eddy help me with the whole process. I was there for 4 hours for an oil change and a second time problem with my gas tank cover ( for which I paid last time in full, and if the diagnostic was different this time, I should not have paid at all). Mr. Greene offered me kindly a small discount, which I appreciated. I still think that it should have been free. One reason I come to you is that you know what the problem is and fix it accordingly. Your prices are high ($50 for a gas lid, which was not the problem, oil change $60 (Yes, I got a discount). Prices of gas are down and yours go up. More

Excellent as always! Both of our cars needed service and so we waited while both were being serviced. Mark Green as always knew exactly what was needed and explained all Both of our cars needed service and so we waited while both were being serviced. Mark Green as always knew exactly what was needed and explained all to us carefully. He kept us informed of status throughout. We then walked around the showroom, visited for a few minutes with Norm as he answered some questions about models on the floor.. He walked with us back to the service area where we could not figure out how to use the coffee machine in the service area, so Norm kindly assisted us by preparing two coffees for us and with a smile. Just an aside, that coffee maker in the service waiting area is rather confusing to use. I returned for a second cup a little later then discovered that the unit would not work at all because the drawer of empty coffee units was near full then full, which prevented the unit from being used properly. I discovered how to put out the drawer of empty coffee units and dumped them into the trash container after which the coffee maker started to work better. Other service area customers were also confused and a bit disappointed with how use the coffee machine. More
