So, after dropping off my car about 11 AM, I we Jeree provided excellent customer service. I had been advised that my car should be ready about noon. So, after dropping off my car about 11 AM, I went to lunch and returned about 12:15. Jeree advised me that she had called the mechanic but has not been able to reach him. So, I sat down and began studying my Spanish lessons. I lost track of the time, but Jeree went to the repair shop to find that the mechanic had left for lunch. So, I continued studying. I am glad that I had the time to spare yesterday to wait for my car, until about 1:30 PM. I came in for a simple battery replacement, which was under warranty, and was told that I also had an oil change service at check out. Jeree continues to do an excellent job about looking after the needs of my car. More
