Last minute repair My Truck is in the bodyshop. One of the items needed repair was the passenger mirror. It needed to to be replace and it has the camera in the mirror My Truck is in the bodyshop. Valet pickup Long tine customer, valet pickup on Friday never came.called and got service put on hold and call terminated. Called and another person put on hold ne Long tine customer, valet pickup on Friday never came.called and got service put on hold and call terminated. Called and another person put on hold never got answer. Terminated valet and made new appt for Monday. Had to call after valet 1 hour late, finally got pickup and had to call for van back by 430. Annual service is about $90, bill was ok, but lots recommended not needed. Really bad service by orginial agent and Monday one not so good might be same agent. Never had such bad service but maybe virus influence. More
