Incredible service from start to finish. I can’t say enough about these guys, especially Jeree Estrill, whose attention to detail and follow up was amazing. She went the extra mile to bring me back to speak with Robert(?), the mechanic working on the car, who actually gave me a complete tour of my vehicles underside and reviewed the tire wear situation with me personally. My telephone calls, messages, and questions were all promptly answered. Their van service was also very convenient although I got my own ride back to the dealership when the car was ready. I have only had my Clarity for two years so this was probably my second or third visit to the dealership for routine maintenance and they have always been excellent. Although they weren’t enthusiastic about it, they graciously downloaded the new Garmin maps update to my car‘s GPS System, although that was something I could have theoretically done myself on my home computer. Thay relieved me of a lot of anxiety by taking care of that for me. More
