If Honda repaired my car out of the kindness of their hearts, THAT would be a story. The facts are, I payed Honda to do work on my car because they recommended it. I am too ignorant to determine whether any of that is true, and I honestly don’t care. And, like what I told one of the staff members who works there, no complaints is good too. Better than acting like I know what I’m talking about. I never repaired a car in my life so I can’t really determine what and/or how well a job a mechanic has done. And I’m only writing this because Honda won’t stop asking me to “Review” their service. Well, here it is. Go ahead and delete it again because it didn’t meet you “guidelines”. I’ll go out on a limb here and assume Honda is an honest company. (Not to cast doubt, but I’m sure there is sprinkled honesty with dishonesty dependent on trade practices and how methods are used, which can variate dependent on people involved, which then people variate dependent on what works for them, so playing a guessing game (judging game) is not necessarily the best way to determine value of work, actually learning how cars work, which I am not going to do, is the only way to accurately determine) So, I am not qualified to review Honda’s work. I trust that what they told me is true thinking, “Whatever they did, they won’t let me leave the lot with a busted vehicle, because I can die if that happened.” Point is, I trust people aren’t lying because I don’t depend on their truth as much as I depend on my own so I enter every situation neutral, meaning, whatever deals are made won’t drastically effect my perception. Marketing doesn’t work on me. I skip commercials. I don’t read reviews. And I am better off for it because I can be more truthful with myself and less judgmental of others. Nailed that review. I come back for the service I bought a new Honda Fit at Holman Honda a year ago. My previous car, a Honda Civic, was bought at the old Holman Honda location 17 years ago. All these years, I have worked with Eddy Milleret. I keep coming back because Eddy is honest and gives great service. This time, Matthew was the mechanic, He had noticed an issue when I had the car inspected a week ago. They took care of it on this visit. Because of the professionalism, I will keep coming back for service. More

I got a flat this week and was told to go to the dealership. Unfortunately, from the moment I drove up to the service plaza, I was treated like a second class citizen. Frankly, I don’t believe any c dealership. Unfortunately, from the moment I drove up to the service plaza, I was treated like a second class citizen. Frankly, I don’t believe any car should pull up and be largely ignored. i mean, what was the point of making an appointment? Greeting is standard customer service. These people are coming to you with stress from vehicle issues after all. Because I have a Toyota, I was laughed at when I mentioned my warranty. I purchased the Toyota from Holman. Later I was asked with condescension, “So, you believe you have a warranty with us...” Having warranty is not a matter of opinion, I mentioned, and a lot of effort was taken in the sale to convince me to add a warranty. I was then told to sit and wait, so I asked if I should return home. At which point I was told I’d be called in a day or two! So what exactly was I being told to sit and wait for? Was it so I could wait an hour before finding out they didn’t have the right tire? Two days of driving on a spare later, I came in for my new tire, was quoted an hour, and didn’t hear from anyone until I asked 2 hours later. Again, good customer service requires communication. I’ve never known any mechanic who took two and a half hours to put on a new tire. I was sure they were giving my vehicle a complimentary vacuum or quick wash, but nope — just a new tire. Absolutely no effort went in to making me feel like a part of the Holman family or like a valued customer. Instead, I was treated like an inconvenience. My previous mechanic always made my problem his priority... More
