5 appointments and still having the same issue My light for low tire pressure has been turning back on every time is reset. A tire was replace on my first appointment and then pressure checked and My light for low tire pressure has been turning back on every time is reset. A tire was replace on my first appointment and then pressure checked and warning reseted on all other appointments since then. Issue has been going on for over a month, I have to spend my Saturday mornings dealing with this because I can’t go during the week, every time I ask to please go beyond checking on the tires pressure, something else must be wrong with a sensor. I went this past Saturday morning for the last time and by the afternoon the light was already back on. My car is only a few months old, I shouldn’t have to go through all this trouble, my car is under full warranty so the service department has no excuse Not to run as many test or replace whatever broken sensor my car has and get it Fix once and for all. The low pressure light is meant to help me know when the tires aren’t safe to drive but if the warning is always on Then how could I know if I am in danger of an accident. More

Lauderdale Service Center since I purchased my car back in 2015, service was always above and beyond, but I've been coming to the Holman Honda of Ft. Lauderdale Service Center since I purchased my car back in 2015, service was always above and beyond, but this last visit it all felt FLAT, my representative didn't go above and beyond as my previous rep used to do for me... ex: complimentary car wash was not even mentioned, and coupons? "You better print them and bring them, we are not spoiling you anymore" for reference, my previous rep always had the current coupons in hand and was ready to take my experience to the next level. Also it felt a little tacky that one of the reps has the prices of all other service centers printed out and stuck on her desk, all crinkly, like she was ready to say: 'well go somewhere else and pay more' .... Service was ok and on time but wow, the new rep ladies.... meh. More

I made an appointment with Service Writer Mark Greene for Friday morning. From beginning to end, the experience exceeded my expectations. Mark was professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. I was pleasantly surprised to also receive a video of the inspection that showed what was done. The mechanic was awesome too. As a former Mercedes Benz owner, I was never treated this well. Thank you for a great experience! More
