Eddy is nice, but still disappointed I dropped my car off Tuesday afternoon, expecting my oil change to only take a few hours. Opted into the free car wash that was offered, and then was I dropped my car off Tuesday afternoon, expecting my oil change to only take a few hours. Opted into the free car wash that was offered, and then was informed my car needed an air bag replaced and it wouldn’t actually be ready until Friday afternoon at 3pm. I informed them that I worked at 4pm Friday and 3 was the latest I could come pick it up and was reassured it would be ready. Come mid-Friday, I haven’t heard anything from them so I called my technician Eddy who again said it would be ready by 3. At 3 I still hadn’t heard from anyone so I called again. No one was able to locate Eddy to find out the status of my car. After finding a ride to Honda, I walked in and discovered the car was not ready after all. I understand things sometimes take longer than expected and Eddy assured me that it would be ready for pickup early Saturday morning and that he’d make sure my car was “super extra clean” because of the inconvenience. Saturday morning I picked up the car on my way to work to discover there was no cleaning done at all. I wasn’t able to wait and have it done either because I was on a time crunch. The services I paid for (oil change, AC filter, air bag, etc.) appeared to be done but the cleaning I was promised was not. I know the cleaning service is a free service that you guys provide as a courtesy, not something I paid for, but it was a little disappointing that after all the trouble I went through and the extended amount of time it took that you guys weren’t able to follow through on your word. This isn’t the first time the cleaning service has been completely forgotten about at my visit. In fact almost every time my vehicle is serviced at Holman Honda, the free cleaning service that is offered is not performed. I would say that you should either stop having that as an option for customers, or if you continue it to actually make sure you actually follow through. Eddy was very nice and polite as always. Not sure how much of this is his fault and how much is the person actually working on the car, but either way I was not very pleased. More

Expedited service without appointment My car was towed to Holman Honda accuse the battery was dead. Eddy took care of the car when arrived. I asked for bumper to bumper review. I loved the video that was sent to me by mechanic Justin for reviewing. He explained very well what the issues are with my car. He gave his recommendations on the repairs that's needed. I called my service representative Eddie, he went further into details. Eddie checked my car history to see what could wait until next time versus fixing it now. I explained to him, I needed my car early and if the repairs could wait until a later date, I would appreciate getting the car on time. I've never had an issue with Holman Honda servicing my car, since I purchased it in 2007. More
