Service on my 2017 Honda Civic My experience with the Holman Honda's Service department beginning with making and rescheduling my appointment was great. My Service Advisor was Eddy My experience with the Holman Honda's Service department beginning with making and rescheduling my appointment was great. My Service Advisor was Eddy Milleret and he was very professional and willing to answer my questions concerning my car. I was able to observe him interacting with other customers in the same manner. He kept me updated as to the status of the service that was being performed while I waited. I greatly appreciate the way that my car and I was treated on 08/06/2019 by Holman Honda. My time is money Not sure what new things happening with the service department, but it's taking longer to get my car. My car sat for 35 minutes before the paperwork came through for me to pay.. I don't need to see pictures or get email updates on what's being done to my car. I don't know about cars, that's why I come to you. I just need it fixed in a timely manner and send me on my way. 14 year customer first time writing a review. Worst service experience by far. I watch the mechanic park my car after he was done and the service technician couldn't send me on my way because he had to wait 35 for paper work. Unexceptionable. More

I did not receive any service. Waste of time I called and made appt. Informed roof interior was falling in my car. I was told there was someone that came in to do that. I made appt thinking th I called and made appt. Informed roof interior was falling in my car. I was told there was someone that came in to do that. I made appt thinking that person would be there. I came in and showed lady that greeted me that the roof interior was falling. I then was told Eddy be right with me. Eddie showed up like an hour and 45 minutes later. With an estimate for things I did not request and then gave me a phone # to call person that does what I needed. More
