It definitely made a good first impression. Upon walking in, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had been talking to Eddie via phone and email prior to our visit and he was very helpful in the pre-buying process. I had asked several questions and he gave all the appropriate information and was very timely with his responses. Eddie was very knowledgable and was very imformative while we were making the decision to buy a 2014 camper. He even made sure the tow vehicle could handle the campers we were considering purchasing. He has done an excellent job at following up and making sure the walk through and pick up process were taken care of in a timely manner. Working with Jon was also a wonderful experience. Jon was very informative on the add-on options and allowed us to take time to decide. He explained things very well and we felt like he was helping us understand rather than trying to sell extra stuff. The paper work went quickly because of his organization. After walking out of Holman Motors we were very satisified with our purchase. We decided that if we could make the trip back that we definitely would come back for services and repairs and will try to as much as we can. More

He provided a lot of very useful information to help me make my purchasing decision. I never felt like I was being pushed or rushed in any direction. He showed me what he thought I would like and what was in my budget then encouraged me to look around on my own. I purchased with cash so I cannot comment on the financing process but the paperwork (title, tags, etc) took about 5 minutes flat and I was out. Super impressed. My next RV purchase will be with Holman, no questions asked. Note: I didn't actually purchase a Kia. Keystone RV was not an option. More

I personally drove 522 miles one way and it was totally worth it. I would also like to thank Andrew, Tom, and Tammy for all of their help in making me feel like I was the only one at the dealer ship. And by the way if you have to drive like I did they even have a place for you to sleep in your new camper so you don't have to worry about rushing to find a camp site nearby. It was a pleasure working with Eddie Holmberg, I talked with him several times before I drove down to see the camper and he answered all my questions, and took extra pictures so I knew what to expect. When I did drive down to see it he walked us through it and showed us all the good and bad things so there was no surprises and showed us what to look for since this was our first camper. Eddie made my wife and I feel comfortable about what we were buying and that we wouldn't be disappointed and took care of any issues. If I ever decide to get a new camper of if I know anyone looking to buy a used or new camper, I would definitely send them to Holman Motors and to see Eddie. Ron in business department made the paper work easy and we were out of there in no time. I'd also like to thank Phil that did the walk through with us. He showed us allot about the camper and how to use everything and what not to do. He was very friendly and it was a pleasure being around him. We loved the sales, finance and walk through portion of our experience. But the service repair department SUCKS with a capital "S".
