I had a great experience buying a brand new travel trailer from California. Some dealership requires me to fly out but at Holman RV, everything is taken cared of via e-mail and phone calls. Considering we were coming from out-of-state (Arizona) we were treated as long lost family. No question or request was to stupid or small. Asked that we stay on-property for at least one night. Explained everything and suggested that we come back by the dealership in a couple of weeks if we were in the area. All phone calls were answered or returned immediately. If the RV you are seeking is in their inventory then by all means give them a call. They beat the local (AZ) dealers by quite a bit. That plus their service would have us use them again. More

We were very pleased with Bob and the two technicians who helped us in getting the RV on the road. Unfortunately I don't think a pressure test was done on the water system as we had leaks to take care of on helped us in getting the RV on the road. The electrical service cable was not long enough and neither was the water hose. The fil in bedding for the breakdown table was much to small and leaves about 10 inches of the table top with no bedding. I think we should have been more aware of these short comings. We were novices in the RV purchasing business and have learned an expensive lesson. More

After spending two very frustrating weeks researching campers and local dealers (selection, prices, etc), we luckily found Holman's, called, and spoke to Gail on the phone. As a result of that phone conversation (we finally felt someone cared about what WE wanted) the next business day we drove 6 hours to Holman's to view and then purchase our very first travel trailer. Gail came in ON HER DAY OFF to greet us and personally handle our needs. She called a nice Hotel and got us a discount there because our new trailer had some factory defect that Holman's found, and did not hide from us, and they wanted to fix it properly PRIOR to prepping our new trailer for delivery. The service guys did a great job in getting our trailer fixed and prepped. Our delivery walk through was done by a gentleman that patiently explained each and every facet of our new trailer with us and answered all of our "trailer virgin" questions without making us feel stupid. The guy who installed our super duper trailer hitch also patiently explained everything with us, answered our many questions, helped us set up the brake controller AND UNDERSTAND it in a very down to earth way, and helped me practice how to back it all up (explaining and offering praise). Thank you all. It is no wonder, after our personal experience, why people (many are apparently like us -- we met and talked to a few while there) travel from great distances to Holman's. If you want be treated with respect, get fair discounted prices, meet honest and down to earth people (all of those that we met), then you too will take a road trip that you will not regret. Hugs and many thanks to Gail and pats on the back to all the great guys in the service department who made it happen. You all know how to treat and respect customers. There used to be a commercial that played many years ago where the last line was "you're gonna like it". Holman's FITS that line -- and I certainly do not pay many compliments these days. I will not spoil the surprise, but the owner (through Gail) gave us a special thank you package that was totally unexpected. There is no doubt in our mind that we will do another road trip when we either need or want another item that they sell. More

We purchased a new 2013 Grey Wolf travel trailer using Holman Motors website. We drove from League City, Texas to pick it up. It was an 1100 mile trip there from our home and we wondered if we would be Holman Motors website. We drove from League City, Texas to pick it up. It was an 1100 mile trip there from our home and we wondered if we would be satisfied with the dealership and if indeed the trailer was as it was in the pictures on the internet. IT WAS!! From the moment we walked into their door and was greeted by one of the Holman brothers to the very end of employees we dealt with, everyone was friendly and helpful. Nate Borowitz was extremely cordial and very likeable. He did not disappoint us in any way. Ron in Finance was equally cordial and friendly as was Chris in Make Ready and Nathan who hooked up our trailer and answered all our questions. Bob who did the walk through was terrific and the people in the RV accessory/parts department were terrific as well. We were treated like gold and we were so impressed because we were not buying an expensive unit...it was moderately priced but the dealership treated us as if we were buying a super expensive unit. Also, we liked the fact the salesman wore neckties and were actually busy at their desks. In fact the entire dealership was humming with business. We have visited many dealerships here in Texas and were extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service; so the fact we had to make a 2200 mile round trip to get the travel trailer of our dreams at a top notch dealership made it a super happy experience. We recommend everyone to check out Holman Motors for a fabulous sale from the beginning to the end. More

After some online research about trailers and dealers, we decided on the heartland cyclone 3110 toy hauler. after researching dealers that carried this, we had it narrowed down to 3 dealers. We called the 3 and told them what we wanted and what we had to trade. One dealer got everything confused at first telling us he had this one available, then on next call stated it was sold, then called back shortly after when he realized he still had it, and what was sold was the 3100. The second dealer quickly took a message and hung up on my husband with a quick promise to call back. the third was Holman Motors. We were given 2 price quotes from the the 1st and Nate from holman's. Nate gave us the best price, beating the other dealer by a good amount. The 3rd dealer just called us back yesterday....3 weeks too late. Holmans gave us a price after trade in over the phone. They listened to my description of our camper, and then when they seen it, even offered us a $1000 more on it. During the paper work, the owner even came in,introduced himself, and shook our hand thanking us for buying. Everyone we spoke with, especially Nate, were extremely helpful, and pleasant. We also seemed to get HONEST answers to our questions. Very nice for a change. More dealers should take notes from them on how to run a business. More

We took a full two to three days to make our decision, purchased a used RV, did all the paperwork (Ron in finance is a great guy too!), then changed our mind 18 hours later. We decided that we wanted a new one instead. I called Gail and w/ in minutes she had everything straightened out, the old paperwork cancelled, and gave us even more time to choose the new one. Ron re-did all the paperwork for the new one and we were on our way. Customer service and customer satisfaction is not just a statement made for PR value, they truly mean it! More
