We had looked at used 2011 and 2010 Acadia's and the price for the 2012 from Holman just couldn't be beat! We were recommended to Rusty by some close friends and we definitely know why! After finding the Shadow Cruiser 185FBR that I was interested in, I requested their best pricing. I quickly received an e-mail with a terrific price. After a couple of phone calls to work out the deal and to ensure there were not unexpected add-ons, I purchased the unit over the phone. Danny was great to work with. Two days later via FedEx, I had all of the paperwork in hand. Since I was traveling from LA, I needed the trailer stored for about a month and needed to pick it up on a certain day. No problem! Tammy Watson, made everything work smoothly from this point forward. When we finally did arrive at the dealership at 7:45 am, everyone was ready to help us. Tammy had the title ready, along with the temporary plate. From the service end, Chris was ready for our walk-through. Aaron did the walk-through and was terrific. No rush, answered all the questions. Took extra time to show us the finer points. To sum it up. We couldn't have been happier with the professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness shown by all.
