For us to drive from Florida to buy an RV speaks volumes about Bill Leonard and Holman RV. We don't expect to buy a third RV at our age, but if we do, it will be from Bill and Holman RV. Bill is fantastic, he makes you feel "right at home" which is very important to us. No high pressure sales pitch. He just works to help you get what you want. He takes whatever time is needed to satisfy the customer. And the Holmans really care about their customers also, two of the "Mr. Holmans" personally helped us out with a couple of small "hiccups". We don't know how they became aware of them - but greatly appreciated their resolving them for us. And finance is to be praised for handling everything so well over the phone and through the mail. Service was equally attentive to us. A special thank you to the young man in the RV wash area that thought I was ill and asked if he could help me. We highly recommend Holman RV for your RV purchase. When my husband passed after purchasing a new motorhome, Eric Holman took me out to teach me to drive. RV service spent hours educating me on all the features and RV parts walked me through repairing a brake buddy after hours while I was on the road. This "dealership family" is exceptional! More

Remote start turned into so many more problems. Went there to have a remote start installed. They told us one price over the phone, and once it was completed it was more than they told us. They had problems programming it so they put me in a loaner. Once it was done, I went to pick it up and my car said my stabilitrac needed serviced, so I took it right back. The next day they said nothing was wrong with it. So I picked it up again, to find out two days later and found out I had a headlight out. When brought to their attention, they stated it was like that when I initially dropped it off. I then went in to have the headlight changed and my fuses checked. It was never noted to me at any point, and I have two witnesses that saw it the day I first dropped it off and said my headlight was not out. When I went to use my cell charger in my car, I also realized my plugs weren't working. So I took it back to them, they fixed my fuses and charged me $2.80. Then they were working on the headlight that they refused to claim that they did. Their diagnosed problem was supposed to be a $79 charge, and they said I needed an entire head lamp assembly which was almost $900. I then called castrucci in Milford (where I bought my car from) and took it there. After 2.5 hours they realized a fuse wasn't all the way put in, and it wasn't the entire head lamp. The tech at castrucci said it would not have been me that made that light go out that it was indeed someone working under the hood. I will NEVER go back to Holman. I will ALWAYS ago to castrucci! More

He did all he could to strike a great deal on the end of year demo vehicle. The price was great, all concerns about the car being a demo were allayed as Dillon shared pictures, etc. We live in Indianapolis, however, which is a 2.5 hour from Batavia, and deal on an new vehicle was settled at a local dealer that we could not pass on. Dillon was very gracious and understanding and I can tell that he takes much pride in his work and the dealership he a part of. I had a fantastic experience and I would definitely put Holman at the top of my list for future car buying. More
