After looking for the right truck for months and getting very bad customer service from many other dealerships, (most took days to reply or simply didn't reply) a new posting for the truck I was looking for very bad customer service from many other dealerships, (most took days to reply or simply didn't reply) a new posting for the truck I was looking for was on the Holt Motors site. I immediately contact them and to my surprise, Sarah replied with in minutes and completely changed by bad ford dealership experience. Sarah took care of every question. Even though the truck was just brought in the night before, Sarah ran right outside and got me all the pictures I requested. I live 2 hours from the dealership and Sarah waited and held the truck for me to come for a test drive. When I got to there, the truck was ready and Sarah was out to meet me in minutes. I lover the truck and everything that was done to accommodate me. We made a deal and told Sarah that I would not be able to come back to get the truck for over a week maybe 2 and even though, they don't like to keep them more than a week, Sarah understood my work and took care of me. The best truck buying experience in my life, and I am about to retire and was losing hope on finding the right truck. I will recommend Holt Motors to anyone needing a vehicle. Well once again Holt service department has provided less than satisfactory service. After leaving a message a few weeks ago to arrange for service on our 2017 Taurus with non-functioning windshield washer, than satisfactory service. After leaving a message a few weeks ago to arrange for service on our 2017 Taurus with non-functioning windshield washer, our call was never returned. When we followed up and were finally able to reach the service department, they directed my wife to bring it in that day for the service manager to look at it. This was done and he and his staff determined that an appointment would be needed for the repairs. When my wife brought the car in for the repair she was be told that the technician had determined the washer was not working and she was charged $150 for the diagnoses. $150 to tell me the windshield washer wasn’t working!!!!! That is why the vehicle was in for repairs!!!!! And on top of that, Holt didn’t have the part so another appointment was necessary to actually perform the repairs which were estimated to be $65 for the part and $140 for labor. Unfortunately, I’ve found this to be typical performance for Holt “service” department. And while we had purchased our last two vehicle from Holt, I won’t make that mistake again. More

I ordered a 2024 F450 from Jason on 7/18/2023, the day the superduty order banks opened. Took delivery of it today on 11/30. If you know super duty’s, you would know the 450 is one of the hardest ones to the superduty order banks opened. Took delivery of it today on 11/30. If you know super duty’s, you would know the 450 is one of the hardest ones to get. But Jason and the rest of the sales team got me this truck fast. If it weren’t for the strike, it would have been built in early October. Working with Jason, and Cayleigh, it was easy. Holt motors has long been known for having a great service department, so between a great service department, and sales team, the choice to purchase from Holt Motors was an easy one to make. I couldn’t be happier with the whole process, or with the vehicle. Jason kept me updated on when the truck would be built, when it was shipped, and thru the process of the add ons I had to have done. I’d highly recommend them to anyone and everyone when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. And my next one will be coming from them without a doubt! More
