When we went to pick up our truck, I told Damian about the missing chip of paint on the endgates right side. That needs to be covered up with a dab of gray paint, I think. As a 64 YO woman I have always really disliked and been frustrated by the way I have been treated by dealership salespeople, both men and women. In my experience none of them listened to what I needed and frustrated by the way I have been treated by dealership salespeople, both men and women. In my experience none of them listened to what I needed and have been so very condescending with the attitude that THEY KNEW what I should buy and not what I KNEW I needed. That all changed yesterday! I had been talking on the phone to George Polingo for about 2 weeks about what I needed in a new truck for my business. He was willing to find answers to my questions that weren't available on the Ford website. He listened to my needs and concerns and got back to me every time I requested more info. So yesterday I drove 1 1/2 hours to Holt Motors, to meet him, take the test drive he had arranged, and when everything about what he had said or researched panned out I ordered my new truck! He is not like any salesperson I had ever met. He is wonderful, not pushy and LISTENS! I am so glad I found him. He deserves a gold star in my book! More
