Volkswagen Passat We went to test drive the Passat, and it was unavailable. Kevin kept us informed of the availability of the car for a test drive for three days until We went to test drive the Passat, and it was unavailable. Kevin kept us informed of the availability of the car for a test drive for three days until we were available for a test drive again. When we arrived for the test drive, the car was parked by the building and had been freshly washed and warmed up for us. After we returned from the test drive, we were promptly offered refreshments. The cappuccino was great for such a cold evening. The car was great and we discussed the price. I was very pleased with the price being brought down a little and how well they were able to work with us! The kids were entertained the whole time and were given a free snack and hot cocoa along with tshirts! The customer service was incredible! When the paperwork was finished the also gave us a tour of the building, a stocking cap and a purse hook for at the table! I highly recommend stopping in and talking with Kevin and see if he can help you with getting a new car! Thanks Kevin, I absolutely love my car! More
