They have a great "small town" approach that made us feel at ease, respected and appreciated. Kevin came in on his day off to make sure we were happy with our decision and that the process went smoothly. We may never buy another car in the cities! In addition to the great way we were treated, Holt has a great warranty program. I'm still pinching myself and reading the documents to find a hitch; none to be found. I've never heard of a "lifetime" warranty but Holt has it. For us, it took all the fear out of buying a used vehicle. When combined with the company culture, how could we go wrong? I have already mentioned the dealership to several friends who were thinking about buying a car or truck of any brand. I have driven Suburbans for almost 25 years but the combination of the warranty and the people behind it made me a Ford owner. Kevin was great. Steve the business manager explained everything in great and was very patient answering my questions. MN Cold Snap During the recent cold snap my sons truck would not stay running , we brought it to Holt's service department to see if they could repair it. During During the recent cold snap my sons truck would not stay running , we brought it to Holt's service department to see if they could repair it. During the process they allowed us to use a loaner car. Sadly his truck could not be repaired. But what we did not know was the best was yet to come, we worked with Jerome in sales and Steve in the finance department, both of them were very knowledgeable and helpful.
