All together very frustrating experience with their service department. My husband already did some diagnostic work before taking it in only for them to tell us the issue was what my husband ruled out, service department. My husband already did some diagnostic work before taking it in only for them to tell us the issue was what my husband ruled out, low and behold after parts came that wasn’t the issue, but charged us for parts and labor anyway. Go elsewhere and save yourself the headache and $$$. More
