Buyer Beware! !! I recently purchased an F350 diesel with 60,000 miles from this car lot, and shortly after making the second payment, the engine experienced a cata !! Despite numerous attempts to contact the car lot to discuss a resolution, I was consistently ignored. My husband has spoken with multiple representatives, who assured us that the issue would be taken seriously and addressed, but no action has been taken. The car lot has avoided all communication with us after the initial week. Given the significant amount we paid for this vehicle, I am shocked and disappointed that the car lot has chosen to disregard our concerns. The financial loss we have incurred is substantial to us, but apparently, it is insignificant to this car lot. More

Ok, so we got a good deal on a 2018 Explorer with free oil changes for life, unfortunately that's where the good points end. They added GAP insurance when the KBB value was thousands more than the amount financed, along with a few other questionable charges, Took them many many months to do the 2 things they said they were gonna do, 2 new Tires (3+ months) and the antenna fin (5+ months) which wasn't even installed correctly ( I fixed it properly myself) Then today, my wife took it in to get our free oil change and they basically took advantage of her. Ended up walking out $700 poorer. 40k miles... ok, it needs a coolant flush $170, about $40 more than local garage. ok, it needs a tranny flush, another $280, about $100 more than local garage. What I seriously have issues with is... $130 for adding a little bit of brake fluid. Checked and was OK in Feb, 3 months ago! $99 for replacing the cabin filter that was replaced in Feb this year, 3 months ago!!! And $25 for tire rotation the should have been free according to the tire warranty. Shame on you for taking advantage of a 67 year old woman. You can keep your free oil changes, never coming back. Found the vehicle online, was given the price on the website was also quoted a price for trade over the phone. Was then told on the phone we are ready to make a deal and do whatever it takes, come on in website was also quoted a price for trade over the phone. After a hour of negotiating finally came to an agreement. 4 days later get a call stating I owe more for my trade (They never asked for a 7 day payoff or called the bank themselves just looked at my bank app). Instead of calling to see how the my new car was going and telling me they want more money. I get a text which to me is not professional.
