Awesome service I was in the market for a new truck and had spent several weeks looking online within 3hrs of St. Louis. Holzhauer Ford had several trucks that matched my search criteria and their prices beat others I had found. I arrived at 8am and Kathy greeted me right away and asked if I needed any help. She quickly found the truck I was looking for. She was pleasant to deal with and answered all the questions I had. In no time I was on my way with the exact truck I had been looking for. Horrible dealership I bought my brand new truck from them 2 years ago and was lied too on so many levels. The price told to me was a lie just to get me into the dealershi I bought my brand new truck from them 2 years ago and was lied too on so many levels. The price told to me was a lie just to get me into the dealership. The warranty paperwork was cheated so i had to call FCA on them. After the FCA made them correct their lie I received a aftermarket extended warranty . I was told it was a mopar warranty. The experience was my first and last. I use another ram dealer for all my services. More
