Not what I am used to We just moved in the area and needed to have oil change, a recall done plus new wipers put in for our Santa Fe. It was easy to call and make and appointment for all of listed above. On the day of my appointment, Billy greeted me and got the car going for the scheduled service. So far all was great. I was waiting for the car and could sit at a desk to work while waiting. Billy told that my car was even ready a little faster than I was expecting, yeah! The cashier was nice. It all went down from the time I reached my car. After opening the door, I’ve noticed black stain on the car seat that were not there before I bring the car in for service. Make a long story short, I went back in, the lady at the front desk called Billy who came back and picked up the car to have it cleaned. I learned that the service mechanics are not using a cover-up to put on the driver seat. I think this is a problem. Making it easier to stain the seat and the car seats of my car are gray... showing out clearly black on it. The car came back. The seat was cleaned even still little damped. Wait, it does not end here. By the time I pulled back the car of the parking lot, my hands were sticky and the steering wheel was stinky. Back in again I went. I went straight to Billy in the service area and asked him if he had something to clean stinky and sticky steering wheel. He took care of it too. Thank you Billy. I finally got home and I was happy that all the stains, stinky and sticky were taking care of. I have been a Hyundai car owner for more than 20 years. I have never had to get my cars seats cleaned after any services done at a garage in all those years in any cars I’ve owned. This is the first time it happens. It would be a great plus, if the owner would consider a way to eliminate those issues from happening in the future. It would make the total “service” experience much better for everyone (clients and employees). I am just not wowed by my first experience at this location. More

Buying a Santa Fe I have been looking at new cars for a couple of months. Unknown to me, my husband put in an internet request to Homer Skelton Hyundai. I IMMEDIATELY got a phone call form Brittany Parsons. Talk about quick results! After conversations with Brittany, I drove to the dealership where Clifton Epps was the salesman. He obtained my car preferences , answered my questions about the Santa Fe, and set me up with some test drives with no pressure, just information. I had a trade in evaluation with a most pleasant gentleman. I met John, who offered to let me bring a vehicle home to test drive. After a few days of multiple conversations about options and prices, with Clifton or Brittany, I bought a 2019 Santa Fe. I appreciated that I was introduced to Chelsie, in the service Dept and set a first appointment for service. The day after the purchase, I had questions that Clifton researched and answered, even though he was not at work. Thank you , Clifton!. Brittany also helped me activate the 50 $ test drive gift card . Appreciate it! More

Enjoyable I had the pleasure of dealing Rick in purchase of my new Hyundai Kona. Rick was very knowledgeable about the car i wanted and during the test drive sh I had the pleasure of dealing Rick in purchase of my new Hyundai Kona. Rick was very knowledgeable about the car i wanted and during the test drive showed me all the features in action. The price haggling was long but necessary, they gave me a great price for my trade in and honored the truecar price. When it came to the finance office Alan was very helpful in making sure i understood all legal stuff in buying a car and answered all the questions i had. It was a pretty good experience buying from this dealership. More
