My wife and I have each dealt with Homer Skelton Hyundai in Olive Branch before and therefore when we were interested in buying a third Hyundai there My wife and I have each dealt with Homer Skelton Hyundai in Olive Branch before and therefore when we were interested in buying a third Hyundai there was no other dealership we even considered. From our first contact over the internet, with Natasha Lyons, to arranging for a test drive with Guy Proctor (who also saw to it we got exactly what we were looking for as far as features and color), to signing all the purchase documents with Robin Edwards we never cease to be amazed and pleased with how everyone at Homer Skelton Hyundai lives up to the promise of making the car buying experience as pleasant as possible. My wife and I have bought cars at other places that left us drained not only in the wallet but physically and emotionally as well but for the third time we ended up with the car we wanted at the price we wanted and at a pace we both marveled at - these folks are the best at what they do! To top it all off Guy Proctor sent us chocolate covered strawberries as a thank you for our business - we feel as if we should thank him and everyone else at Homer Skelton Hyundai for making car buying/trading a pleasant experience instead of a dreaded one. I sent in a request for additional information on a couple of Hyundai Sonata's I found on the website late on a Thursday night. Yolanda emailed me on Friday morning, and followed that up with a phone call. In her email, she sent me exactly what I asked about. Most other places that I had emailed were "qualifying" me by asking leading questions, etc. Yolanda was up front with me from the beginning, and I knew I had to go check the place out. When I arrived at the dealership, Yolanda introduced me to Brandon Smith, who patiently listened to what we were looking for, found the specific car I had found on the internet the night before, and we took it for a test drive. His personality allowed me the comfort of asking a great many questions freely, with him providing informative answers in the most diligent way. Our experience at Homer Skelton Hyundai was top notch! Certainly the best I have ever had buying a car. My family and I will be moving away from the area soon. I do intend, however to give Homer Skelton Hyundai in Olive Branch, MS the first call when I have my next car buying decision. More
