I have always been pleased with the service performed. My last service took 2.5 hours for oil change and tire rotation. I live 40 miles away so I have to just wait. I have been told that appointments can no longer be set. The service department put a reminder sticker for 7000 miles on next service and I have changer oil and filter every 3750 miles which is what the manual calls for. I questioned the service advisor and he said that it should be 7000 miles. Who do I trust to be correct? More

Purchased my pre owned Hyundai Tucson Limited from a Subaru dealership in Memphis Tn to my regret because they put in too much engine oil and didn’t drain to proper level even after I brought it to ther Subaru dealership in Memphis Tn to my regret because they put in too much engine oil and didn’t drain to proper level even after I brought it to there attention along with several other issues. I realized that Homer Skelton Hyundai was right up the road from Marshall County so I brought my vehicle to them and they drained the oil to factory specification along with a 140 point diagnostic inspection. Doug (Assist Service Manager) was very pleasant and professional and didn’t charge me anything for the services they rendered me that day, which included topping off (because both were low) my radiator and window washer fluids. Doug also took the time to register my vehicle with Hyundai Motor Corporation which was well appreciated. Great service from a group of great servicemen. J Wilson To be continued. More
