Worse experience EVER!!! As I arrived at the service dept and spoke with Dori, she asked me my name and cut me off to talk to another customer, who does that?? So I walked away she never came and found me to and spoke with Dori, she asked me my name and cut me off to talk to another customer, who does that?? So I walked away she never came and found me to elaborate on why I was there. I sat there 2.5hrs for an oil change, RIDICULOUS! Tried to talk to the service dept mgr Matt, who when I asked about why make an appt if I still have to still there 2hrs as if i was a walkin customer. He gave me the MOST unreasonable response. He told me the appointments mean nothing, and even if a walkin and appt come in at same time, they will be seen in the order they arrived, basically saying the scheduled appt means nothing vs. a walkin customer. Oh an Dori tried to apologize for the SLOWNESS, but what kind of apology was it when your walking away and not speaking to me face to face? It wasnt genuine at all. Worse service EVER! More
