I love my Hyundai Sonatas and so happy I was able to upgrade to a 2021 model for a cheaper price than what I was paying for 2019 model! service EVER! Worst vehicle service experience of my life. After keeping my car for almost a month with little or no communication I finally spoke with the service dept Manager who said there was one car in front o keeping my car for almost a month with little or no communication I finally spoke with the service dept Manager who said there was one car in front of mine which is why it had not been looked at. I only had my car towed to this dealership because they said they could get to it in a matter of a few days. I had to have it towed to another repair shop just to get it looked at. Will never go back and will make sure to let everyone I know including my business associates know to avoid Hyundai at all costs. National customer service was absolutely no help either. More

Dropped my Santa Fe off. Car is shaking between 40 & 55 approx. Was told it needed tires rotated then balanced. Was told it would be $50 for the balance. Got the car back the next day. Took way too long 3 hours for a oil change.
