Can’t get Chelsey to return phone call. Been trying since Monday and today is Friday still not a return call. Talked to receptionist on Thursday and was told she would make sure she gets message. This is the worst experience that I've ever experienced when purchasing a vehicle. this is my third time taking this vehicle back that I have literally just purchased two weeks ago from Homer Skelton Hyund when purchasing a vehicle. this is my third time taking this vehicle back that I have literally just purchased two weeks ago from Homer Skelton Hyundai and for the same exact reason .It set off in the shop for a week and they told me that the issue was going to be fixed and resolved when I picked it up on Tuesday of this week and it's not. this is stressing me out so I am taking the car back tomorrow morning again and hopes of them finding out what the real problem is with this vehicle or just giving me another one or give me back my money because I'm not going to continue to deal with this on a day-to-day basis. Being afraid to get gas for my car and not knowing whether or not I'm going to get back home or not because the check engine light will not go off so unfortunately this is not a good survey because my experience has not been the best unfortunately. I wish it had because Donald the sales person was very very nice to me although he did put me and a piece of crap for a loaner vehicle while mine was in the shop but he was he was nice to me and my son so I was thankful for that.Butt everything else has not been a great I really wish I had a went to a GMC dealership versus a Hyundai but Brianna I don't know what her position is there called me constantly texts me constantly to see if I was coming so that's what made me came but I would not be recommended this dealership to anybody and I hope that my interests and get resolved tomorrow because I am literally stressed out and it is messing up my day today playing with my family More
