I could finish this review in two words...xxxx POOR. It has been over two weeks, and my wife’s car is still sitting in the service area. Why sell hybrids when you can’t fix them? There is a lady who has has been over two weeks, and my wife’s car is still sitting in the service area. Why sell hybrids when you can’t fix them? There is a lady who has been reporting the SAME progress everyday on the car. Either put the mechanic on the phone, or learn about the information that you are relaying to the customer. They could've hired a parrot and we would’ve gotten better results. At some point, we’re going to have to get our car back as we have a lifetime warranty on the hybrid battery. The manager called us once, and that was it. Communication has been unreliable. Information has been false. And I could go on for years about the amount of lackluster service that we have received. The lady didn’t even know about the warranty on our regular battery as she was trying to sell us another one. My wife took my mini SUV to get an oil change, and she was trying to sell us a battery even though it’s under warranty as well. After buying three Hyundai’s, we will NEVER buy another one again. Goes to show that a service department can ruin a sales department. More
