All I can say is this place is shady and dishonest. I helped my brother purchase a used Tesla Model 3 from this dealership, and the experience was frustrating at best and shady at worst. We spent over an hour negotiating the price down by $1,500, which they agreed to. But when we sat down to finalize the paperwork, they had quietly adjusted the numbers to sneak the price back up close to the original. If we hadn’t caught it at the last minute, we would’ve been scammed into paying full price. When we called it out, they gave a weak apology and pretended it was an “honest mistake,” but there was no question what we negotiated. It felt deliberate. I also called the manager afterward to explain what happened, and after our initial conversation, he informed me he would look into the matter and call me back the very next day. Well could you guess that call never came. And when I tried to reach out again they just took my name and number and still haven't called me back. Be very careful if you choose to buy from here. Triple-check the paperwork — they will absolutely try to pull a fast one if you’re not paying close attention. More

Honda of Bellevue is an absolute nightmare and I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this location. We purchased a slightly used Honda Passport back in early Feb (~3K miles) which they sold as “new” because it had never been licensed (suspicious already and a red flag). Against our better judgment, we purchased the car anyway because it was in reasonably good shape and exactly what we were looking for. By early April, some kind of condensation had formed behind the temperature control screen, making it appear foggy. I spoke to the service manager, Mike about this who took a few half-xxx pictures, sent them to Honda corporate and then refused to cover the damage under the warranty that was still on the car. They accused us of somehow causing the damage - I don’t even know how we could have done this. I’m someone who’s always taken really good care of my cars and to be accused of this was rather offensive. We hadn’t even had the car for three months and it’s barely driven. Overall huge headache, a lot of wasted time spent and horrific customer service. Honda of Bellevue might be a good purchasing experience for most, but just hope nothing goes wrong. More

No xx dealership. Kevin T and I came to an agreement via text on a vehicle I saw on their website. The next day we headed up to the dealership, arrived @ 1pm connected Kevin T and I came to an agreement via text on a vehicle I saw on their website. The next day we headed up to the dealership, arrived @ 1pm connected with Kevin T and Saren H. Got bad news, the model I looked at was sold, then the good news was they had an upgraded model in the same color but it was more. I said nope, then more good news, they had two other models like the one I wanted but different colors. I chose one with an upgraded color, for the same price, handed my title, and keys to Kevin T and went with Saren H to initiate paperwork for the purchase and test drive. Took the test drive , liked it and went back to the dealership. Saren H walked our paper work to have it finalized Within 20 minutes we went back with C Wright to get title, registration etc completed and pay for the vehicle. That took about 25 minutes. C Wright walked us to reception where unfortunately we were met with an unpleasant individual who was to take payment. She never spoke to us, no greeting, no thank you, no courtesy at all. She seemed quite put out by the entire ordeal of having to be handed a check from me and having to give me a receipt. That was very off-putting. Then Saren walked us through an inspection and tech explanation and we left with our new vehicle. The total time spent there was 2.5hrs. The entire deal was without excessive up selling or price haggling. Kevin T and Saren H stayed true to what I said I wanted to spend. All in all this was the easiest most reasonable hassle free vehicle purchase I've ever done despite how unbelievably busy this dealership was. Kevin T is a deal master and Saren H is the most genuine and kind sales person I have ever met. All in all I highly recommend Honda Auto Center of Bellevue for anyone's next vehicle purchase. Provided contact with the girl at the reception/cashier desk is avoided your experience will be exceptionally pleasant. More
