No xx dealership. Kevin T and I came to an agreement via text on a vehicle I saw on their website. The next day we headed up to the dealership, arrived @ 1pm connected Kevin T and I came to an agreement via text on a vehicle I saw on their website. The next day we headed up to the dealership, arrived @ 1pm connected with Kevin T and Saren H. Got bad news, the model I looked at was sold, then the good news was they had an upgraded model in the same color but it was more. I said nope, then more good news, they had two other models like the one I wanted but different colors. I chose one with an upgraded color, for the same price, handed my title, and keys to Kevin T and went with Saren H to initiate paperwork for the purchase and test drive. Took the test drive , liked it and went back to the dealership. Saren H walked our paper work to have it finalized Within 20 minutes we went back with C Wright to get title, registration etc completed and pay for the vehicle. That took about 25 minutes. C Wright walked us to reception where unfortunately we were met with an unpleasant individual who was to take payment. She never spoke to us, no greeting, no thank you, no courtesy at all. She seemed quite put out by the entire ordeal of having to be handed a check from me and having to give me a receipt. That was very off-putting. Then Saren walked us through an inspection and tech explanation and we left with our new vehicle. The total time spent there was 2.5hrs. The entire deal was without excessive up selling or price haggling. Kevin T and Saren H stayed true to what I said I wanted to spend. All in all this was the easiest most reasonable hassle free vehicle purchase I've ever done despite how unbelievably busy this dealership was. Kevin T is a deal master and Saren H is the most genuine and kind sales person I have ever met. All in all I highly recommend Honda Auto Center of Bellevue for anyone's next vehicle purchase. I just bought Honda Pilot today from Honda Auto Center of Bellevue. Had a great experience. I did my research for the 8 passenger SUV options and narrowed my decision to Honda Pilot. I called and spoke with Salesman Zack El Msaih, and then set up a test drive. It was a great experience he explained the vehicle to me, all the features. He took time to make sure I understood my car after the papers were signed. Really a great guy. We also really enjoyed the closing process with finance manager Robert Dickey. A real class act! On June 20th 2023, I got above mentioned car. Car had broken front bumper, they initially offered me $200 off of the car, to keep the car until it fixed and pick it up later or to drive away with this condition and WAIT FOR THE CALL to bring it back and fix it. I needed a car on that day and had to drive it away, as I trusted them. Because I thought I am a return customer and they would treat me good for loyalty. Of course 8 days passed and I emailed Michael Brar (sales guy), to follow up on June 28th to see if there is any update on fixing my bumper and no reply back. I waited until July 2nd and emailed Business Manager Paul Jones who shared with me his business card to contact him if there is any issue or questions, of course I got ignored by him as well. I emailed their General Manager - Jason Courter to see if he can handle this issue, since other employees keeping ignoring me, got ignored as well. I don’t know why they even have that feature on their website to report bad reviews to General Manager. I tried to fix this issue internally and got ignored many times before writing this review. I got new car and don’t enjoy it to see with broken bumper. What else I had to do to make it up for you guys ? I would never ever come back to buy car from you, never ever would recommend you to friends and family. I trusted you with my purchase and you betrayed my trust. That’s what it is. Thank you ! 👎 More
