Finance guy, Micol, talked WAY too much and WAY too fast -- non-stop, really -- to try to sell sell sell the extended warranty and etc. And I really don't have time to hear all about his dogs. Otherwise, not really much to go by for the dealership aside from that, although I was surprised they don't even offer free bottled water to customers! More
