This dealership exceeded our expectations. We were able to find the car we wanted at a very fair price. The out the door price was transparent without a bunch of add-ons. I just bought Honda Pilot today from Honda Auto Center of Bellevue. Had a great experience. I did my research for the 8 passenger SUV options and narrowed my decision to Honda Pilot. I called and spoke with Salesman Zack El Msaih, and then set up a test drive. It was a great experience he explained the vehicle to me, all the features. He took time to make sure I understood my car after the papers were signed. Really a great guy. We also really enjoyed the closing process with finance manager Robert Dickey. A real class act! Thanks for making the sales experience great! You two just earned a loyal client! thank you. More

On June 20th 2023, I got above mentioned car. Car had broken front bumper, they initially offered me $200 off of the car, to keep the car until it fixed and pick it up later or to drive away with this condition and WAIT FOR THE CALL to bring it back and fix it. I needed a car on that day and had to drive it away, as I trusted them. Because I thought I am a return customer and they would treat me good for loyalty. Of course 8 days passed and I emailed Michael Brar (sales guy), to follow up on June 28th to see if there is any update on fixing my bumper and no reply back. I waited until July 2nd and emailed Business Manager Paul Jones who shared with me his business card to contact him if there is any issue or questions, of course I got ignored by him as well. I emailed their General Manager - Jason Courter to see if he can handle this issue, since other employees keeping ignoring me, got ignored as well. I don’t know why they even have that feature on their website to report bad reviews to General Manager. I tried to fix this issue internally and got ignored many times before writing this review. I got new car and don’t enjoy it to see with broken bumper. What else I had to do to make it up for you guys ? I would never ever come back to buy car from you, never ever would recommend you to friends and family. I trusted you with my purchase and you betrayed my trust. That’s what it is. Thank you ! 👎 More
