WORST VEHICLE PURCHASE EVER!!! BEWARE TO BE DISRESPECTED I agree with the other review. We actually dealt with Chris the salesman and Aaron the sales manager who both were pompous rude and disrespectful liar I agree with the other review. We actually dealt with Chris the salesman and Aaron the sales manager who both were pompous rude and disrespectful liars. We went in initially to purchase my wife a new 2018 Honda CRV. I liked her vehicle so much I decided to sell my vehicle and go back and buy a new Honda CRV for myself. My mother was visiting from Arizona and also owns a CRV but an older model. When she seen my CRV she decided she wanted one as well. The car deal and the prices were made prior to being picked up. We were jerked around with an initial finance rate that fit my payment but only to get a call later in the week that the rate increased. It was promise after promise and zero follow through. Chris, Aaron and Honda Auto Center of Bellevue are the reason people hate buying cars. They claim to be an honest dealership but the integrity and character of Chris and Aaron speak WAY different. The only reason we went through with any purchase with them is because the price we paid were better than other Honda dealers. If we paid full sticker we would have had the red carpet treatment but because we negotiated down on all three we received the most disrespectful car buying experience we have ever had. $75,000.00 showed the true integrity of this dealership. If you want a good price with the added bonus of be disrespected check this place out. But I will never return even for the free oil change. I will never have our vehicles serviced there either. Me: "Are you denying me the right to look around for the best deal?" "Well, will you but from someone else if he offers $5 less?" Me: "No." "How about $50?" Me: "Probably not." "How about $100?" Me: "Uh, I think I'll go now." Standing in the middle of the showroom, blocking my way out, "Look, I don't want to waste anyone's time, but....Me: "Chris, you're wasting my time." Then he slaps my keys and registration in my hand and walks away. That left me to wander around the dealership looking for my car that they'd parked somewhere else. The experience was humiliating in the extreme. I'd give this sales-baby, his employer and sadly, Costco's Auto Program, zero stars if I could. More

No Ownership, No Integrity!! Worst Dealership Experience Feel Cheated, Never go to a dealer because its near and because of Authorized dealer. Even I feel cheated through this dealer. Within a month it did not work! after couple of months it stopped working completely. Bought this car in the month of Sep, after a month i stopped working, i jump started and it started, but before jump starting i called the dealer service department couple of times for help. But they were keen on selling their product rather to give the right information. Though my car was still under manufacturer warranty, they informed me that batteries will not be replaced under the warranty. Again after 2 months I had the same issue with my car, car did not start. Tried jump starting, it failed. Checked with local mechanic and confirmed that battery is good but its not starting because something else, he suggested me to take the car to the dealer. I towed my car to the dealer they diagnosed that the fuel is adulterated. I wondered how its possible when i fill in a popular reputed gas station, I fill gas one a month. As a caution they gave me list of things to change within 3 months. Like changing all 4 tires Inspite Service Manager was rude Will Never RECOMMEND. Please have someone check the vehicle or who know about the vehicle will help you to an extend. More
