nice car dry rot tires bad service no professionalism Found the car online, drove to check it out and it was pretty nice I noticed that the tires appeared to be dry rotted so I questioned there condition Found the car online, drove to check it out and it was pretty nice I noticed that the tires appeared to be dry rotted so I questioned there condition to the salesman, he said that he would note it and have the service department check them when they do there routine presale check, about 30 mins later the salesman came back with there was absolutely nothing wrong with the tires... HAHAHA HAHAHA, I have been putting air in them for about 3 months now and we have been fighting with not only Honda of Bellevue but also Honda of America, oh and we took the car to honda of olympia and they said that the car should have never been sold with the tires in that condition. Terrible Terrible Awful service response time good luck getting a return call. More

Good Experience We purchased a 2013 Honda Fit this week. This was our first time purchasing a car from a dealership. The sales person who helped us, Cheryl was great We purchased a 2013 Honda Fit this week. This was our first time purchasing a car from a dealership. The sales person who helped us, Cheryl was great at finding us exactly what we said we wanted which was a Honda Fit. We were choosing between two Fits, one was a 2013 and the other was a 2012. The 2013 was a bit more expensive, but it has fewer miles on it and we were told that it included 7 year warranty on it that the from the original owner. But when we were doing paper work, we discovered that that was not true. Disappointing. We were also told that the car would come with a full tank of gas. When we drove away we realized that there was only a quarter tank of gas. More
