We decided to trade in our Pilot for something similar, but smaller. After much research, we decided the CRV suited our needs the best. We initially stopped in to look at the used inventory, since Honda of Bellevue had the largest selection of used CRVs in the greater-Seattle area. We wanted one with low mileage, a clean Carfax report, and leather seats. My husband found one that met the criteria. However, after sitting in the car for a few minutes, I knew the previous owner had a dog, since I'm very sensitive to dander. My husband tried to convince me that it wasn't too bad and that getting the car detailed would remove any dog hair and odor. Instead of agreeing to this idea just to get a quick sale, Marco was honest and said detailing the car might not remove all the hair or the odor. He suggested going with another option that had a little higher mileage but was less expensive. Though the car was in great condition, my husband couldn't get past the mileage. Marco then asked if we'd consider buying new. We hadn't considered it because of the cost. He asked if we'd consider purchasing new if the price would stay within our budget. We agreed. He showed us a new CRV that met all our criteria. He then worked with the finance department and was able to help us get a good enough trade-in value to keep t the cost of the CRV within our budget. We walked out a few hours later extremely happy. We love our new car and will definitely go back to Bellevue Honda- well at least as long as Marco still works there!! I highly recommend anyone considering buying a new Honda to meet with Marco. I'm confident he will find the exact vehicle that meets both your wants and needs. More
