I was approached by Anthony Sison and he was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, patient, friendly and professional. He spent almost 6 hours helping me. He explained every little detail about the cars that I was looking at. I test-drove 3 different models of Accords and I looked at dozen different color/model combinations. Anthony answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns and helped me choose the right car for myself. I ended up trading my car and buying a new 2014 Accord LX. The sales managers were also great. They worked with me on the price and I got the best price possible and it was an amazing deal after all. They then processed the paperwork for the loan and purchase and that went fast and great. Anthony helped and guided me throughout the process. I never felt pressured. No gimmicks and no hassles. The experience was awesome. I definitely would recommend this place to my family and friends and I've already did :) Ask for Anthony. The car is awesome with plenty of style and features for the money. I'm very happy with my new Accord. It's by far the best auto purchase I've ever made. More

Black Accord Hybrid Finally Found We had been searching for a new Honda Accord Hybrid for months, wanting a specific exterior and interior color. Bellevue Honda advertised they had o We had been searching for a new Honda Accord Hybrid for months, wanting a specific exterior and interior color. Bellevue Honda advertised they had one and when I called Tom was the person to answer. He advised they did indeed have a black exterior/interior Accord Hybrid on a truck somewhere expected to be delivered in a couple weeks. The car was not sold yet, as many of them had been in our past discussions with dealerships, so Tom had the car held in the system and we drove to the dealership that night and made our purchase sight unseen. Tom did a fantastic job keeping me updated on the status of the cars delivery. When it didn't come in the weekend we expected he went so far as to email me each day, including his wife's graduation day and his birthday! I told him he didn't need to, but he wanted to keep me informed. Wow, great service! When the car did finally come in we couldn't pick it up until the next weekend, since we live in Oregon and are a good four hours from Bellevue. Tom made sure the car was cleaned and sent me pictures. I think he was almost as excited as I was. When we were able to pickup our new Accord everything was ready and we couldn't be happier. I love my new car and we had a great experience. Tom Kim is just the kind of sales person we enjoy working with, a nice friendly person who keeps his word. More
