Howie is the best person to work with on your purchase!!! This is the third car I have purchased from Honda of Bellevue. Buying a new car can be time consuming and overwhelming. I have teetered back and forth many times between and Audi and a BMW, but two things keep me coming back: 1.the friendliness and amazing customer service/centric attitude of the HOB staff 2. Howie Te (should be #1) I loved, loved, loved my 2010 Honda Accord, but HOB offered me a great trade in for my car. I had a genuine connection with that car. The only way I would even consider trading in and purchasing a 2014 as if I could work with Howie Te. I have now purchased my 1st and 3rd car at HOB with Howie. Howie is amazing. I have called him on a few occasions over the years with questions or concerns and he has always been incredibly responsive and has a 'get it done for the customer' attitude. What I like most about working with Howie is he is not at all sales-y, you know, the hard-press, game playing, car salesman type....and let's face it, it is after all a sales driven business. Howie genuinely cares about the customer's experience, he is not in a rush and wants to make sure you are comfortable with the process and happy with the purchase outcome. He also cares about the relationships he establishes with his clients. Two days after I purchased my car Howie came in on his day off to assist me and 'train' me on a few features of my car and to have a minor tailor completed. I had no idea until we were leaving that it was his day off. In all my years coming to HOB (20 now) he is the reason I have kept coming back to purchase. Howie exemplifies what Honda of Bellevue is all about; they care about the community, the customer and the long term relationship. If you are looking for a new (or used) car, I would strongly suggest heading over to Bellevue of Honda and asking for Howie Te. You will be more than happy you did!!! More
