This is the third vehicle I've purchased from this dealership. Anthony was by far the best sales rep I've worked with. From the beginning of our contact, he never tried to push anything on me, but rather was only interested in finding out what my wants and needs were and how best he could satisfy them. In the end, he did a superb job of getting me exactly what I wanted. He was endlessly patient and never seemed to be in a hurry or have any agenda of his own other than to be sure I was happy. Even after we made a deal, his kindness and patience were seemingly infinite as he continued to answer questions (even encouraging me to ask more) and show me ho to perform basic operations. I would wholeheartedly recommend Anthony to anyone, absolutely without reservation. Anyone looking for a vehicle would be incredibly fortunate to be working with him. More

When the model that we thought was going to be a good fit for us did not work out, he helped us find the right one for our family (Honda Pilot). I found a few high quality used vehicles online at Honda Auto Center of Bellevue. I contacted Howie Te at the dealership, and he set the vehicles aside for me prior to my visit. Howie talked to me about the vehicles and allowed me to test drive, without any pressure. I found the vehicle I wanted; and Howie asked if I was sure I did not want to drive any other vehicles first. I really appreciated the lack of pressure to complete the sale after he knew I was interested. Finalizing the Sale if very smooth as well; made even smoother by the open Wifi to customers so I could check on work items while I waited. Tom the Finance Mgr. was refreshing as well; he showed me my options without a high pressure sell. Not only is Honda a good brand; this is a great dealership. they have an on site detail service; and service center. The service center was top notch as well; Kirsten the associate the assisted me and all associates were very pleasant and helpful. I was even provided a rental car while some additional items were done to my vehicle. I would recommend Honda Auto Center of Bellevue, and Howie 10 out of 10 times for a Honda; or any used car they may have in stock. More
I was impressed with the professionalism of the entire sales team from sales to finance and even reception. Although I felt the car was about $500 overpriced and over my budget, Anthony was very helpful, sales team from sales to finance and even reception. Although I felt the car was about $500 overpriced and over my budget, Anthony was very helpful, informative and courteous and he helped move the process along quickly. Once we agreed on a price, Gil took me through the paperwork painlessly and Marco went above and beyond to facilitate alternative transportation while the car was being repaired. What I did not like about the experience was that I was not given any maintenance records for the car or paperwork on what work was done to the car while it was on the lot. While this information was discussed with us, I expected to have paper copies of everything and was disappointed to arrive home after a long day of car shopping to see that it was not included. I was also not given a second key, although when I called the next day Anthony very graciously offered to call the previous owner and obtain another set. Lastly, the next morning, I went out to the car to see that the maintenance light was flashing. When I called I was transferred to the service team who assured me that they "just forgot" to turn it off when they did the car inspection. All of this required a lot extra time on my behalf from several phone calls and a drive back up to collect the second key & service records and to have the maintenance light reset. I feel that each of these issues could have and should have been easily resolved before the car was on the lot or shortly after it was sold, before I drove the car home. More
