I would highly recommend buying a Honda certified vehicle. I was lucky enough to get a car that had been a rental previously, had low mileage, and was in perfect condition. I was in the market for a Honda Fit. I was nervous to buy from a car dealership having heard horror stories about bait & switch high pressure tactics (normally I'd just buy from a private party to avoid buy from a car dealership having heard horror stories about bait & switch high pressure tactics (normally I'd just buy from a private party to avoid this), but Howie Te was awesome, as was Tom Kim later with the final paperwork. Howie and Tom were sure to inform me of all my options and the various deals/offers, yet they never once made me feel pressured or intimidated or rushed. I can tell you that it was Howie's very low pressure attitude during my initial test drive that made me come back and buy a car from him. Or really his "no pressure" attitude. He just told me what my options were and then let me take the lead and decide how and when to move forward. Both of these guys answered all my questions with patience and friendliness. I felt they were both honest and upfront about everything. I am very happy with my new Fit and the deal Howie got me! I recommend Howie Te to anyone in the market for a Honda. More

When I was just browsing a few months ago, I had such a great "no pressure" experience with Eddy that I knew I would go back to him when I was ready to make a purchase. Eddy is the type of person we look for when we are looking for a car. This is the second time we have worked with Honda of Bellevue and Eddy was the person we asked for in looking for another car bas looking for a car. He is friendly, interested in us as people and worked with us in clearing our trade-in and prepping our new car. Thanks, Eddy! I do have one minor negative: When working with the finance people we were told we were getting a discount on the price of the Extended Warranty because we were working with a new finance person, bringing the price down from $2800 to $2100. I have subsequently found out that that was not true, a friend having recently bought and financed a car through Honda of Bellevue and received the same Extended warranty price without being told he was getting a special price. Was this deception really necessary? That is why I gave the Overall Experience rating only a Good. Otherwise it would have been all 5's! More
