I have been a customer working with Honda of Bellevue for years. Starting with my parents' first Accord in 1988. I have always loved working with Honda of Bellevue and will be a loyal customer until my last years. Starting with my parents' first Accord in 1988. He was friendly, fast and extremely knowledgeable. We were in an out in 3 hours tops with a brand new beautiful Accord. Gil, in finance, was so friendly and personable. We bonded over kids, purchasing the same car, and his new addition to the family this November. I will continue to recommend Honda of Bellevue to all my friends and look forward to working with Honda of Bellevue many, many, many years to come! More

Howie helped me finding the Civic I was looking and I walked out the dealership with a new car within 2 hours. He was very professional and understand my needs right away. Our new car purchase was probably the nicest experience we have ever had from start to finish. Our test drive was with Robert on Saturday. We decided we needed to make a decision the next day in order to we have ever had from start to finish. Our test drive was with Robert on Saturday. We decided we needed to make a decision the next day in order to get in on the "Accord Promotion" prior to month end. Marco was gracious in completing all the paperwork with us and answered all of our questions. Robert was not scheduled in until later, but arrived in time for us to shake hands while Marco arranged to have my new beautiful car washed and the final papers signed with the sales manager. Marco then set up my hands free cell phone and explained all the features and dials on the dashboard. Again, it was the smoothest transaction we have EVER had and we definitely left feeling like Marco was a great contact for future needs. I love my new Honda Accord! THANK YOU MARCO and ROBERT! More
I was turned down twice hours before my actual purchase. The sales guy i was working with asked me not come on a particular day since that day was his weekly off and then next day he wont even hold the car The sales guy i was working with asked me not come on a particular day since that day was his weekly off and then next day he wont even hold the car for an hour for me. Someone else picked the car in the meanwhile. And this hasnt happened once ..this happened twice..this makes me wonder if they have change of mind. A co-worker of mine warned me about this dealership but i thought maybe it was a one off instance. Wouldnt recommend this to anyone. More
I bought a car from Honda of Bellevue, but when I take it out of the Dealer few days I get back ask for some questions. I brought my daughters Civic in for service. Later that day, returned to pick-up the car. Returning home, I noticed that amount charged was entirely the wrong amount. Turned around and went back. Service advisor (Kris) could not understand why she had quoted me the price she did for my 60,000 service. She tried to get it down to the quoted price but, "I can't get it to the price I quoted you". She ended up with a slightly higher final price. I was tired and agreed. When my daughter got home from work (30 minutes later), she noticed that her parking pass for UW was missing from car!!! I called Kris again and asked about the parking pass missing from the rear view mirror. She just said, "I'll keep an eye out for it". It was $200.00 and could be used by anyone . Upset, I drove back, and asked to speak to Parker. The theft of a $200.00 item was very serious to me. He said he would review the tapes. He called back 4 days later to say, "the pass is visible in the car wash line, I see no evidence of wrongdoing". So, in between the car wash and valet delivery, the pass disappeared. Now I have to file a police report for theft . How can anyone trust a dealership with dishonest employees??? Expensive lesson learned.. More
I didn't end up purchasing a Honda because I had my heart set on a Prius from the very very very beginning, but I did test drive 3 cars at Honda of Bellevue and found Joy Jackson's service to be exemplary. S set on a Prius from the very very very beginning, but I did test drive 3 cars at Honda of Bellevue and found Joy Jackson's service to be exemplary. She was patient, knowledgeable, and funny as heck. I came very very close to purchasing a Civic but we couldn't agree on pricing (not Joy's fault because she did work it for me) so unfortunately I couldn't give her any commission, but I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a Honda. Actually, I liked her a lot better than my Prius salesman and wished their roles in this transaction could've been reversed. More
