Good Day Ben, Thank you for the response. As mentioned, the staff was very helpful and personable. My only concerns were regarding the fact that the wholesale vehicles did not appear to receive triage prior to pricing, making it appear price-setting was a from-the-hip, ' Im sure everything is fine on the vehicle' affair. And after specific issues discovered by our mechanic were brought to Honda's attention, price negotiation was still refused. The vehicle was priced somewhat beyond the very high end of a KBB assessment for that vehicle - which is reasonable for a non-haggle dealership - its only the additional repairs that really put it well into the over-priced range. That being said - We went into the sale with our eyes open and no one forced us to buy the vehicle. Excluding the known repair issues, the vehicle thus far (about 3 weeks in) has been a good vehicle and my wife is enjoying it.
