I live in Pennsylvania and I have purchased a vehicle in the past from AutoSport Honda in New Jersey. They treat you like a friend and are not pushie. I purchased a new 2007 Ridgeline from Autosport Honda in July 2006. The sales experience was very good. No one tackled me when I entered the show room. A sales person simply said to let him know if I needed anything. There was very little haggling since the price I was presented was excellent. I have had the Ridgeline for four and a half years and the only issue I had was the starter/ignitor suddenly failed me in the spring of 2009. Although I was out the towing cost, Autosport replaced the parts for no charge. I have taken the Ridgeline for service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) about eight times. Without exception, service has been excellent. I am always in-and-out within about 30 minutes. I also had a hitch and rearview camera/monitor installed. Both were done perfectly. No scratching or damage to the Ridgeline. I would strongly recommend Honda autos in general and Autosport in particular. Karl More
My friend and I were both looking for getting Honda Accord Lx. After several emails back and forth, my friend was very pleased with the sincerity of the internet sales lady Stephanie. So he encouraged Accord Lx. After several emails back and forth, my friend was very pleased with the sincerity of the internet sales lady Stephanie. So he encouraged me to visit Autosport Honda and see whether I like the car and feel comfortable of the dealer. Kerry, the salesman was very knowledgeable, who makes me feel impressed about the car. So I sat down with the sales manager Chris Gallo with my sincerity. What happened next really disappointed me. Before I came in, I already got several competitive prices from other dealers. The reason why I was in Autosport was because of the strong encouragement from my friend and the promise made online by their sales manager that they gonna do better than the price from the other dealer. However, they played a big joke on my friend and me. Chris, the sales manager gave me a price that was not even close to the printed out price I got from other dealers. After a few trials, I felt there was no chance for him to beat up or at least, matched up with the prices from other Honda dealerships as they've been promised through the emails. Chris just stuck with the price he showed me in the beginning, no rooms for negotiation, even a dollar. So I left the dealer with disappointment. Since I love the Accord Lx, I will go for the dealers that gave me the most competitive price. Overall, I feel most of guys in Autosport are friendly, and I am very willing to give credits to Stephanie and Kerry. So my suggestion is that if you care about the price, go and find other dealers for more competitive price. Based on my own experience, Autosport Honda could not give you the most competitive price as some other dealers. More
