No "cute" additional questions that needed to be discussed, just a straight answer to a clear request for a quote. I showed up to sign for the deal, it was exactly as he described, to the penny...and Ken Steel did the paperwork, pointing out the exact numbers, and all the important details, I was in and out in thirty min. start to finish....no wasting my time,trying to sell a laundry list of unwanted products and accessories...although they mentioned what they could offer...and I declined, and they moved forward with the process. Polite,professional..and overall very friendly, without some phony attempt to build a "lifelong relationship"...just delivered exactly what I set out to accomplish...and THAT is what will bring me back to Autosport Honda, and also to highly reccomend this dealership to people who matter to me. Besides being extremely personable and quick with his portion of the car sales, Chris also got us the best price by far on my new car. We shopped around at several dealerships in the surrounding area (VIP Honda in North Plainfield, Clinton Honda, DCH in Oldwick, etc.) and Chris still managed to save us an additional $300 below the lowest price we found. This is the second car I have personally bought from this particular dealership and both my sister and my parents have also purchased cars from Autosport. We have all been satisfied with our experience at this dealership, and I highly recommend working with Chris Gallo if you have the opportunity. More

Then, after checking Consumer Reports, I decided on a Honda CR-V. I went to a local dealer and got a price that seemed good, but I checked Autosports Honda, which is a bit farther away. I was lucky to get Chris Gallo, who was friendly and straight, and his price beat the other dealer's. They had the exact model and color I wanted, and so the deal was done. We set a time for pickup, and when the day came everything was ready. My wife and I have been delighted with the car ever since. More

At 55 years old, I have bought my share of new and used cars over the years ... but NEVER have I had such a positive experience at a car dealership. Everyone that I worked with, especially Matt Borge, the cars over the years ... but NEVER have I had such a positive experience at a car dealership. Everyone that I worked with, especially Matt Borge, the new car salesman, but also the sales manager, Jane, the receptionist, Stephanie, the service manager, Vic, and Dominick, the detailer, were the kind of people we all wish we would come across more often, as it would make life far more pleasurable. But to find them all at a single dealership was the best car-buying experience I have ever had! I look forward to going back to Autosport Honda and working with Matt and Jane to buy my future cars, and to working with the dealership's service department should any issues need to be addressed with my beautiful new Honda Accord. Far from feeling like I had been 'taken', as I have on occasion at other dealerships, I feel like I was introduced and got to work with some friends I just hadn't met before. This was by far the best car dealership experience I have ever had in my 25+ years of buying and leasing! After trying to work with my previous dealer but getting the usual nonsense (after actually being fo ever had in my 25+ years of buying and leasing! After trying to work with my previous dealer but getting the usual nonsense (after actually being forgotten for three weeks), I went to Edmunds.com to start searching for quotes. Autosport had the car I wanted listed in inventory so I emailed them along with two other dealers for a price. One dealer called me when I specifically asked for email only, then refused to give me a price via email; one only sent a 'canned' quote and then called later; but Terry Weil of Autosport responded promptly with exactly what I had requested - in writing, with all the leasing numbers up front. There were no shenanigans! Terry was extremely patient while I was deciding and did not pressure or hassle me whatsoever (and what a refreshing relief that was!). He explained everything to me and was a true pleasure to work with. When I called him to commit to the deal, he was able to take care of everything over the phone and the car was ready and waiting for me when I arrived to sign the paperwork. The numbers were absolutely exactly as quoted, and we were in and out in about an hour! As an added bonus, the registration and plates were *already* done! C.J. (finance) did a great job explaining the lease and required documentation, and there was no upselling pressure at all - no window etching, undercoating, or extended warranty nonsense. Although it was about an hour's ride from my home, it was well worth the trip. I will be returning to Autosport in three years when my lease is up. An outstanding experience! More
