Ended my added on oil changes without notice or reimbursement. Absolutely ridiculous! This is the second issue with Honda of Katy. Horrible service with clients. They are no longer honoring free oil change even though I still have 3 years left or 25,000 miles in the free oil change program. They are using the excuse that they ha honoring free oil change even though I still have 3 years left or 25,000 miles in the free oil change program. They are using the excuse that they have been bought out. When speaking to the gentlemen in the service department he told me that same thing happened to his daughter & they effectively did see in the contract that if bought out, the offer could be cancelled any moment. I came to speak to the finance manager with my full proof of contracts / documentation asking him to show me where it says it. He could show me. Says that they no longer use that type of contract & that they don’t have any proof of it since they have been bought out. For tax purposes EVERYONE know that you MUST keep all documents for at least 7 years. They are just coming up with excuses to no longer honor something they KNOW they have to. We have been loyal Honda Cars of Katy customers but this is the LAST car we will be purchasing with them. More
Showed up for my oil change appointment to be told my "lifetime" oil changes would no longer be honored. Not only is that its own issue, the lack of communicating it an scheduled appointment makes it wor "lifetime" oil changes would no longer be honored. I feel like we just got royally screwed on this Oil change package when we purchased 2 Hondas within 2 months of each other. To find out they have an option to keep the money and not honor the oil chan change package when we purchased 2 Hondas within 2 months of each other. To find out they have an option to keep the money and not honor the oil change agreement is beyond me and should be illegal. As I read the other reviews on the same subject, it brings me no relief to know I'm not the only one. Don't they know this would cause them to lose a customer forever?????? What would make anyone ever want to give them return business? Not a smart move on new owners part. Oh and btw, the change disappeared from the cup holder... yes...it was a test. More
Bought by new owners, very dishonest. We paid a big amount for life time old change and now suddenly not honored without any refund. If they decide to cancel a written contract at their whim they can c amount for life time old change and now suddenly not honored without any refund. 0 stars for poor customer service…The CMBS warning 0 stars for poor customer service… The CMBS warning turned on my 2017 Honda Pilot while driving through a construction zone and I took an appointment 0 stars for poor customer service… The CMBS warning turned on my 2017 Honda Pilot while driving through a construction zone and I took an appointment with the service department for 8:00 in the morning, took in the car, the service advisor assigned to me was not present, another associate checked me in and asked if I will be waiting, I said yes and waited in the lobby for ~30 mins, asked for an update from associate who checked me in and she said the assigned service advisor is not in yet. I waited in the lobby for another 45 mins before asking and this time the service advisor assigned was present and he said the car has not been looked at yet as they are still working on previous days appointments and it could be afternoon before my car is looked at. I asked why was I not advised and he gave a lame sorry and said I was not here when you came in. No courtesy, no customer service. Made me wait for an hour and a half with no updates whatsoever and then giving a lame excuse. In this day, with access to my phone number, they could have called/texted and convey the message appointments are running late and give a rescheduling option. I said I can't wait any longer can you pull my car out, the advisor pulled the car out without a word and handed me the keys as if he doesn't care. Poor and Pathetic Service. Very disappointed More
