This dealer has new management and it is sad to see they do not have any respect for their clients, specially their old customers. I purchased my car and paid $400 for 5 years of oil change services. The dealer will not honor it, saying there is a new owner, even though it still operates as "Honda Cars of Katy". Free oil change no longer free. Would have been nice to be notified and reimbursed for the money I paid when I bought the car. I bought my car and lifetime free oil changes were included. They changed ownership and no more free oil changes. They gave me their price, $55. No way!
