I had made an appt with Honda cars of Bellevue because my a/c had stopped blowing out cold air. I recently moved to Missouri and drove 2 hours back to this dealership in the heat with no air because they are a/c had stopped blowing out cold air. I recently moved to Missouri and drove 2 hours back to this dealership in the heat with no air because they are better than the one near me. Pat Brock communicated that the condenser could potentially be broken and its covered under an extended warranty. He told me at first it could take the rest of the day if not more to fix it and we didn’t have the time to complete it at that time so we decided to leave and try to reschedule. The mechanic stopped us when we were leaving and said he finished his last vehicle sooner than expected and he could get it in and fixed today and if it was the condenser as he had an extra in stock. my vehicle was finished in an hour and 40 minutes and I am currently driving home in my cool car! I love this dealership and will continue to drive 2 hours to get my vehicle worked on! More
