I called and left a message for Jimmy Rogers, he was supposed to call me back, I got tired of waiting (6 hours) and drove back to the dealership. Jimmy informed me that I would need to speak with their accounting department. I called the accounting department the next business day, no one answered and I was transferred to finance. I don't remember who I spoke with but I explained the nature of my inquiry and he informed me that he would immediately go to the accounting department and call me back. Three days later and I am still waiting for him to call back. Be sure you have all of your questions answered before you give them the money. The incentive to help decreases significantly when they have their money. More
