We bought both our 2007 odyssey minivan and 2009 accord sedan at Honda cars of McKinney, TX. The expereince are super. The sales are very friendly and patient. I had a very pleasant experience working with Tony Espinoza in the service department. My IMA and 'check engine' lights had come on, so I brought the car in for an inspection. Tony was very helpful Espinoza in the service department. My IMA and 'check engine' lights had come on, so I brought the car in for an inspection. Tony was very helpful in explaining the situation and why it took a long time to run the diagnostics on the IMA battery before they could order another part. In addition, I noticed that Tony was very calm and collected while he handled multiple customers that afternoon -- a very good attribute to have when you are pulled in all directions by impatient or unruly customers. When Tony called to follow-up that the replacement part had arrived, he offered to set me up with a temporary loaner car, which was very thoughtful. He is a great member of your service team! More

I was completely pleased with my service. I had my oil changed and it was great as usual. I did ask to have my windshield wipers checked and they said they were ok. That made me feel like I was not being changed and it was great as usual. I did ask to have my windshield wipers checked and they said they were ok. That made me feel like I was not being taken for a ride where my pocket book was concerned. However, I feel I still need them replaced as the smear across the windshield and make it impossible to see at night. I will insist that they be replaced the next time I am in. Anyone I have dealt with has been helpful and sincere. I would like to see more women in the service department. I feel that it is sadly too male dominated. More

Friendly dealership, not overly pushy, sales technique was not overbearing. Good inventory, although I don't believe the sales manager was completely honest on the availability of the Pilot I purchased, i was not overbearing. Good inventory, although I don't believe the sales manager was completely honest on the availability of the Pilot I purchased, implying it was hard to come by, but the state inspection sticker indicates it had been on the lot about 2 months. Fair but not great price on my trade in. Closing guy was not pushy at all. Presented information and costs, and did not force any decisions. Make ready was fast, and was available to take home by the time the paperwork was complete. The only minor thing was the gas tank was not full on delivery, although the window sticker implies it should have been filled. More

Brian did a great job greeting us immediately, and helped us find what we were looking for. He did not try to push us into anything and really listened to what we needed and wanted. We were there late at night and Brian tried to speed up the process as much as possible, and even provided Arby's sandwiches when our 3 year old began to complain about being hungry! He also followed up with us the next business day to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I felt like the price was good for what we were getting, but of course, as a consumer, you would always like an even lower price! Overall, Honda cars did a fantastic job and we will definitely recommend you to friends and family, as well as return for our next vehicle. More
