Update from my last review. I’m extremely disappointed in how this dealership has treated me after purchasing a new vehicle. I was sold an Accord with a cracked windshield, only I’m extremely disappointed in how this dealership has treated me after purchasing a new vehicle. I was sold an Accord with a cracked windshield, only one key fob and paid far more than I wanted to for the LoJack device that I learned doesn’t even work. I have a written guarantee that the windshield would be replaced when the new one came in, and the second key fob was on its way. Unfortunately, after many messages I left for my salesman, Ken, along with messages left for sales managers, it has now been a month and a half and no one has called me back. Additionally, LoJack customer service told me my device doesn’t even exist in their system. It sounds like I was sold a device that either doesn’t work, or was never installed. I live quite a ways away from the dealership and just want some type of confirmation that these items I was promised would be available for me when I come in. It’s a shame, as the buying process went very well, but I would never work with this dealership again knowing how I’ll be treated after I give them my money. More
