This was our 2nd visit so far to your dealership and both times we have had the best experience! We definitely plan to bring my parents soon as they are now looking for a car. We took several of his cards this time and assured him we would be recommending him to anyone looking for a vehicle. Pete was great as well in the finance department. He shared with us various options in terms of putting some money down to get our payment reduced a little in addition to explaining the extended warranty for us. Again, a great experience!!! The only issue that we had with the transaction was that as we drove home to North Charlotte, we couldn't get the radio channels to come in, which we thought was very strange. We assumed it was maybe like a new TV where you had to scan through all of the stations to activate them (since we had never had a brand new car). But when we got home, we realized that the antennae wasn't on the car. We called Jerry and sure enough they had removed it during the cleaning process. We are planning to drive back down to pick that up as well as the privacy shade for the back section as soon as it comes in. Thanks again for an awesome experience! I am so excited about my new CRV! We will continue driving to Rock Hill as long as we get this type of service! More

had car detailed 6/10/11. all was good other then the seats looked bad(worse then when I brought it in. Roy and Paul(from detail shop) looked at seats and quickly remedied this by stating I could come ba seats looked bad(worse then when I brought it in.
