My husband and I were shopping for an Accord Coupe and we dealt with Rock Hill Honda. The sales person kept either promising that they had what I wanted at another dealer and could transfer to Rock Hill or k dealt with Rock Hill Honda. For 3 days straight we kept receiving the "run-around" from Clyde Avery (salesperson). Finally, after the 3rd day of playing games, my husband and I went with another dealer (and another brand of car) all-together and were completely satisfied. It was like night and day as far as Rock Hill Honda's sense of professionalism. For those of you in the market for a Honda - steer clear of Rock Hill - they're into playing games and I would not recommend them to anyone!!!! More
Did not buy from this dealer because I felt pushed to buy or lease a new car rather than the used car I needed. I just talked to this dealer through Internet and by phone. My wife and I were looking for a Toyota Highlander Hybrid used and we had been searching the area for quite a while to find one. They're very hard to find. I went to the Honda Cars of Rock Hill website and was surprised to find one (in the color that my wife wanted) present in their inventory. I sent in an information request on the vehicle and got a quick call back from a pleasant sales person who invited me to come into the dealership. When I got there and found that the vehicle was still there, I called for my wife to come take a look at it too. It had a small crack in the windshield, but the General Manager, Cam Stewart, said that they would fix that for free and not charge us anything. Overall, we had a really great experience. We ended up not buying the car because my wife really wanted the 3rd row seat option and that model didn't have it. But everyone we talked to in the dealership was very nice. I'd recommend this to others. More
Just an overall bad experience. Negotiated a deal over the phone and then we show up the manager didn't honor want the salesperson stated. Although we got a good price because it was the end of the month and they needed sales it was a bad experience overall. Didn't feel good after the purchase. They stated the best they could do on financing was 5.5% and then magically when I said I could go to a local bank and get 4.7% they came back at me with 4.65%. The sales manager, the salesperson, and the finance/sales guy was bad news and made my wife and I feel very uncomfortable after it was all done. I would never recommend Honda of Rock Hill. More
